Position Reports to: Inside Sales Supervisor
Position Summary: Provides ongoing prompt assistance to all inside sales representatives while learning the product, programs and solutions Brady offers. With support and experience, demonstrates the ability to handle customer requests and outbound calls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support to inside sales team
Perform BradyID digital chat requests
Assist both outside field team and inside sales team with crossing competitor product
Work with Brady's channel team to help with distributor branch product trainings and opportunity generation through follow up calls
Provide SAP quotes for inside Sales and Outside Sales team as needed
Work with customer service on order status and expedites
Make post-sale quality assurance calls to gauge overall satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
Assist with follow ups from daily quote and order reports
Track all activities in Salesforce.com
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Sophomore standing or higher with good academic standing
Strong relationship building skills
Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate product features, values and benefits within a sales approach.
Strong active listening skills
Effective selling skills with strong oral, written & presentation skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
3.0 or higher GPA preferred
