What you will do:
* Provide Music therapy to Palliative Care and Hospice patients and their loved ones/families
* Educate NorthShore clinical staff to Music Therapy program and services
* Participate in Music Therapy teamwork
* Maintain communication with Music Therapy Coordinator and NorthShore Hospice Supervisor
* Participate in SCMT Department and NorthShore Hospice communication, development, goal settting
