The Retail Account Coordinator provides excellent customer care to customers in a timely manner with an emphasis on providing accurate information, effective communication and issue resolution. This position is also responsible for the timely and accurate submission of customer orders and managing customer expectations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide product knowledge, pricing and product availability for our retail channel partners
  • Ensure compliance with customer contract obligations including shipping, pricing and promotions to eliminate fines and charge backs
  • Process, audit and maintain customer orders
  • Manage vendor portals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 1 year relevant internship or administrative experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
  • Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Up to 10% travel and valid Driver's License required.
