As an Account Manager supporting Lowes.com your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with the Lowe's Merchant Teams, Lowe's One Roof Media Network, the Lowes.com Brand Advocate and multiple channels within Generac to execute new growth strategies and achieve short and long-term goals aimed at growing total sales. You will optimize current items, design and develop promotional strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corporate initiatives aimed at increasing revenue generation and improving customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead an aggressive and comprehensive sales strategy to support the company's objectives and business plans, including consistent growth and profitability through new product introduction and brand recognition.
  • Develops sales plans with short- and long-range objectives for Lowes.com.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, plan campaigns, and coordinate marketing efforts that target Lowes.com customers.
  • Works with Product Management and Marketing to introduce new products and programs to increase market share and brand awareness.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant industry developments to identify new growth opportunities. You will utilize data analytics to track and evaluate sales performance and identify areas of improvement.

Minimal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years account experience in an assigned sales or marketing channel
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working directly with Lowes.com
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences including top management
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Knowledge/Skills:
  • Ability to develop and foster business relationships
  • Detailed, focused, and excellent organization skills
  • Ability to convert metrics into meaningful information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office with strong skills in Excel

Physical demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
