The PIP Specialist investigates, manages and resolves bodily injury claims that are assigned.

This position will be located in Omaha, NE.

What will you do?

  • Investigate a defined group of bodily injury claims reported under insurance contracts provided by affiliated Companies.
  • Identify information and documents needed to evaluate claims.
  • Assign and direct independent adjusters in the review and evaluation of claims.
  • Communicate with Insureds, Claimants, Defense Counsel and others by telephone and correspondence regarding information and documents necessary to evaluate and resolve claims.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience interpreting insurance contracts, insurance claim procedures, loss evaluation methods and claimresolution alternatives
  • 1 year to 2 years related work experience
