Provides governance, budget & oversight of project/operation activities within a technical area.
• The service delivery manager will ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within approved time frame, scope and budget.
• Responsible for the planning and resource loading across a matrixed technical and project team.
• Work with the project management office (PMO) lead and operations manager on prioritization of projects and O&M tasks.
• Maintains and communicates overall service delivery area financials.
• Responsible for maximizing resource allocation based on resource availability and prioritized projects.
• Provides guidance to subordinate manager/supervisor staff for development of technical staff.

What you will need:

• 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience; Strong project management skills required
• TS/SCI security clearance
