In this role, you will manage discrete tactical programs under the guidance of the National Business Director (NBD) while acting as an intermediary between Syneos operations workstreams and the customer.

Youwill:

  • Cultivate relationships with existing customer contacts across customer portfolio.
  • In conjunction with Syneos SMEs, reinforce established internal ways of working with the goal of meeting customer needs/expectations while not over-burdening internal workstreams.
  • Establish and help to reinforce customer governance model that improves proactive communication and strategic solutioning opportunities.
  • Understand customer agreement and able to identify workstreams/requests that are out-of-scope; communicate timely to account leadership and SVP.
  • Function as a liaison between customer and internal Syneos operational elements; but does not usurp Syneos SMEs/workstream authority/responsibility.
  • In collaboration with SMEs, account leadership, and SVP, identify needs and resources to support and grow the business
  • Identify areas of risk for the business and escalate/communicate timely with account leadership and SVP.
  • Facilitate regular, ongoing operational update meetings and serve on Steering Committee.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines that spans across customer portfolio specifically to include (but not limited to):
    • Annual Engagement Survey for all sales teams
    • Annual Awards Show
    • BRAVO or Spotlight program
    • Meeting Support (i.e., POA, District, and Congresses)

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum bachelors degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial pharmaceutical experience; experience in consumer products a plus.
  • Must have strong understanding of client account management and sales operational functions.
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills including capability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
